🍁 Fall Literacy Learners – Session #1 Recap

21 Learners - new and previous learners • A Beautiful Start to the Season

UBGC launched its Fall Literacy Learners Program with an incredible turnout of 21 learners for Session #1.

Children arrived excited, engaged, and ready to learn as we opened the season with a warm Meet & Greet, creative name card activities, a group read‑aloud, quiet reading time, and positive affirmations.

Parents expressed appreciation for the welcoming environment, structured literacy activities, and the encouragement their children received. Learners participated with enthusiasm and showed strong interest in returning for the next session.

This powerful start reflects the continued growth of UBGC’s youth literacy mission through Caiden’s Legacy, Smiles 4Kids, and Literacy Learners. We are grateful for every child, every parent, and every moment of learning shared.

Fall Session #1 was a success — and we’re just getting started.

Lastly, we have our  first UBGC Teen Leadership, who will earn work credits.
