UBGC, in collaboration with In the “D” Freeshop, is preparing a warm and welcoming fall outreach experience for Detroit residents. This event is designed to meet essential needs with dignity, comfort, and care.

What Community Members Can Expect:

• Free Clothing Distribution, a variety of gently used and new clothing items for adults and children, provided through our Freeshop partnership.

• Hygiene Kits Thoughtfully assembled kits including soap, lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, and other personal essentials.

• Snack Bags : Snacks on The Go!eady‑to‑go snack bags for individuals and families needing quick nourishment.

• Warm Beverages Fresh coffee and tea served throughout the event to bring comfort and connection.

• Doughnuts & Pastries A selection of sweet treats to brighten the morning.​
